Inform your Police investigating officer as soon as possible for application to the court;
The court will carefully consider the view and argument of the defense, with due regard to the facts of the case and your needs, before deciding whether to adopt any such measures.

Trained Volunteers and social workers from non-governmental organisations (NGOs)
Our role
Without prejudice to the court trial process, a support person will:-
- Before the trial, explain court procedures and role of a witness & pre-trial visit to court; and
- Accompany the witness whilst he/she is giving evidence in court through the live television link.
