This was my first time joining the JPC New Year Crime Prevention activity, which is held on 20 December 2014 at Sha Tsui Road Playground.
It was a new and interesting experience for me doing voluntary work. It was even more exciting when I got to see an actor that day. Through this activity, I distributed some crime-fighting pamphlets to the members of the public. It was really fun because I had a chance to meet some new friends from other schools, which broadened my social network.
The second activity held on 23 December 2014 was the TWDIST JPC Christmas party and it was very fun too. We first played a game called "hit the dumb". We had to call out another person's name to stop being hit. It gave us an opportunity to know each other better and we all had a great time. We also played a game in which the loser had to eat a sandwich spread with lots of hot and spicy wasabi.
I enjoyed the time spent in the above two programmes and I met a lot of new friends too!
