In mid-August, I took part in the “Healthy Show” organized by Tuen Mun JPC. The online campaign included exercise and challenge sections. Both of them were interesting and unforgettable. It was fun!

Let me talk about the exercise section. It provided 15 different types of exercise such as sit-up, burpees jump, squat. Except rope jumping, I did all kinds of exercise every day in 30 minutes for several weeks and I really became healthier. Doing exercise is good for both our physical and mental health. It is also better than playing computer games.

Regarding to the challenge section, there were 9 challenges in 3 levels (3 challenges each level). I was only able to finish 3 challenges in level 1, 2 challenges in level 2 and 1 challenge in level 3.

The level 2 challenge ‘Eating biscuit’ was most unforgettable. I had to put a biscuit on my forehead and used my face muscles to move the biscuit towards my mouth. My muscle coordination is weak, so it was hard for me. I tried several times, however, I didn’t succeed. So I kept trying until the fifth time, I finally succeeded. I learnt from this campaign that I should never give up overcoming my weakness. I was satisfied when I succeeded.
