The KTDIST Police fielded a team consisting of Officers and Non-Ethnic Chinese JPC members to participate in Kowloon East Regional’s E-Sports Competition at EMax in Kowloon Bay.
For many, this was their first-time taking part in an E-Sports Competition and many of them undertook a steep learning curve to familiarise with the rules and PC-related game’s tactics, to maximise their performance during the competition.
Time-management was especially important as participants had to score as many points as possible within 15 minutes for each game. Apart from game-related skills, participants communicated in both English and Chinese to better cooperate and build camaraderie. This competition provided a platform for JPC members to develop team-building skills and tolerance to imperfection, making the event both a fruitful and memorable one.
