At the invitation of the Welfare Services Group (WSG) of Personnel Services and Staff Relations Branch, Dr Chu Ming-him, a chiropractor expert, gave a spinal health talk, "Evidence-based Stretching and Strengthening Exercises", at Police Headquarters on April 10 to over 270 police officers and their family members. He also demonstrated home care exercises.
