The Phone Enquiry System (2399-0500) and Website (www.hkpcu.org) of the Hong Police Credit Union (HKPCU) are platforms for HKPCU members to manage their accounts and receive news and updated information from HKPCU. As the system and website store account and personal information respectively, members are reminded to use the passwords of the two systems properly.

Personal information submitted by member on Website:
- Post Division / Address
- Contact Number
- Email Address
Preset password 6-digit of HKID Card No. followed by "00" (double zero)
Example: HKID Card No. is A123456(7), preset password is 12345600
Change the password after login for the first time
ATTENTION:
The passwords of Phone Enquiry System and Website are INDEPENDENT, change the two passwords through the corresponding platform.

 -  Apply for reset password at HKPCU's Mong Kok Office

(Address: 2/F., Hua Chiao Commercial Centre, 678 Nathan Road, Mong Kok)

-  Apply for reset password through Education Committee members of HKPCU.

(The List of Education Committee member 2014/2015 is posted on "Notice" of HKPCU's Website)

Apply for reset password at HKPCU's Website, following the procedures below:

(1) Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page
 
(2) Input the 6-digit of HKID Card No. followed by "00" (double zero)
 
(3) Submission of Reset Password
 
(4) For member who has registered email address at HKPCU's Website, the new password will be sent to the registered email address immediately. If not, the new password will be sent by mail in 10 working days.

- Change the passwords immediately after login to the platforms for the first time
- Change the passwords regularly
- Keep the passwords and your PB number separately
