After the Force 170th Anniversary Charity Concert held on April 1 and 2, two beneficiaries, Children's Cancer Foundation and the Helping Hand, each received a donation of $1,121,000 on May 29. 

 

Director of Personnel and Training Chau Kwok-leung presented cheques for the donations to the Chairman of Children's Cancer Foundation, Mr Tony Ho, and the Executive Director of the Helping Hand, Ms Bella Luk.

 

Mr Ho said, "For our young patients and families, it was indeed a great privilege and honour to be invited to the concert. It was an enjoyable, inspirational and memorable experience for them. The donation is a great help for enhancing our service for children with cancer and their families." 

 

Ms Luk told Mr Chau, "We are extremely fortunate to have your Force as a supporter and receive your donation, which means we can do even more for our elderly and make a difference to their lives."
