Mini Rugby not only offers an excellent way for children to stay healthy, but also helps children develop teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship.
Police Mini Rugby will commence its fourth season in September. Regular training sessions, to be conducted by qualified coaches and members of the Police Rugby Club, are held at Police Sports and Recreation Club (PSRC) every Sunday between 10am and 11:30am.
Mini Rugby is open to both boys and girls aged from three to 11 and no previous experience is required. Mini players will have the opportunity to participate in mini rugby festivals and compete with other mini rugby teams in Hong Kong.
The Hong Kong Police Mini Rugby Committee will host a Registration Day at PSRC between 10am and 12 noon on June 22. There are no charges for joining mini rugby training, except the Hong Kong Police Mini Rugby playing kit, which is available at cost price. Parents are advised to bring a cheque for purchase of the playing kit on the Registration Day. Interested parties should email
policeminirugby@gmail.com for registration form and kit order form. The deadline for application is June 22.
