The presentation ceremony of the Police Arts Council Annual Award took place at Police Headquarters on September 23 when Police Arts Council Chairman, Assistant Commissioner (Support) Lam Man-wing, presented certificates of commendation to six awardees.

 

The awardees are Clerical Officer Ms Ng Wai-lin of Police Handicraft Club, Ms Cheuk Mun-sum (retired Senior Police Constable) of Police Choir, Sergeant Tsang Wing-fai of Police Information and Communications Technology Society, Mr Kong Man-ying (retired Statistical Officer) of Police Painting and Calligraphy Club, Station Sergeant Wong Lap-shing of Police World Cultures Club and Mr Chiu Kwong-ming (retired Station Sergeant) of Police Chinese Culture Club.

 

The Award was introduced in 2012 as a commendation for police arts club members, including retired members, who have attained outstanding achievements in, and made contributions to, their chosen arts.
