Sau Mau Ping District (SMPDIST) offered both local and Non-ethnic Chinese youngsters a three-day "Racial Harmony Youth Leadership Training Camp" from December 29 to 31 last year, providing training in foot drill, tree climbing, wall climbing, adventure challenge, hiking, cooking, room keeping and cleaning.

 

The training helped the campers develop team spirit, perseverance, positive values and the will power to tackle adversities.  They also had their communication and interaction enhanced during the three days of training, breaking down racial barriers and narrowing cultural gaps.
