At the invitation of Yuen Long District (YLDIST), Chief Inspector (CIP) Li Suk-yee from Regional Crime Unit 2 New Territories North (NTN) Region, CIP Wu Ka-yin from Regional Crime Unit 2 Hong Kong Island Region, and Assistant Divisional Commander (Operations) Yuen Long Division, CIP Choy Wai-sum, attended a "Knowledge Café" on March 25 and imparted their experiences of handling public events.

 

YLDIST Commander Tsang Cheung-tat kicked off the function with a warm welcome to over 100 officers from YLDIST and the Districts in NTN Region, and pointed out that the function sought to boost their capability of handling public events.  

 

The officers discussed many issues related to public events with the speakers during a question-and-answer session, and the latter's presentations afforded them more confidence in policing public events.
