Regional Crime Prevention Office New Territories North (RCPO NTN) held a seminar for over 50 staff members from 20 large retailers on March 26.

 

After NTN Senior Superintendent (Crime) Chan Chang-wing gave an opening speech, RCPO NTN Senior Inspector Tse Wai-lun gave a briefing on the trends and modes of operation of crimes and offered prevention tips. Regional Crime Prevention Officer NTN Louise Lam, then introduced the strategies to deal with the crimes and called on retailers to join the fight against crime. Senior Inspector Lau Pak-wing from Commercial Crime Bureau also briefed the audience on the trends of money swapping scam. 

 

The seminar concluded with discussions and exchanges of views by the audience and officers from Divisional Task Forces and District Intelligence Teams in NTN.
