Police Community Relations Office Eastern District (PCRO EDIST) and Commercial Crime Bureau (CCB) joined forces in offering an anti-fraud seminar in the Islamic Kasim Tuet Memorial College on March 27 when CCB Senior Inspector Jacqueline Yeung gave a talk to remind students of job and Internet scams.  Police Community Relations Officer Tsang Fan-hon, together with a party of Non-ethnic Chinese Community Ambassador Leaders, distributed fliers in the vicinity to drive home phone and Internet scams prevention messages to the locals.
