Ma On Shan (MOSDIV) Divisional Commander Tong Chi-chung, accompanied by divisional personnel and officers from Sha Tin District Police Community Relations Office, visited Wu Kai Sha Village and Tai Shui Hang Village in Ma On Shan late last month to promote extension of Project CARE, which now covers all the 21 villages in the Division. The party took the opportunity to distribute anti-burglary fliers and remind the villagers of the importance of home safety and neighborhood watch. 

 

Project CARE was launched last year to combat village house burglaries by engaging village representative via social media chat group, paying goodwill visits and organising liaison meetings to promote neighborhood watch and local surveillance.
