The judging panel of the Kowloon East (KE) Crime Prevention Poster and Flier Design Contests 2015, comprising the chairmen of the District Fight Crime Committees in Kwun Tong, Wong Tai Sin and Sai Kung and officers from the Police Community Relations Offices in Kwun Tong, Sau Mau Ping and Wong Tai Sin, picked the winners on July 9.

After the adjudication, Lam Tsz-him from St. Joseph's Anglo-Chinese Primary School and Chan Tsz-suet from the HKWMA Chu Shek Lun Secondary School had won the contests with the themes of "Beware of telephone deception" and "Theft" respectively.

The Regional Crime Prevention Office of KE Region held the contests for secondary and primary schools in KE with a view to encouraging teenagers to take part in crime prevention and spread fight crime messages. The Crime Prevention Poster Design Contest was open to secondary schools while the Crime Prevention Flier Design Contest, to primary schools, drawing a total of 350 entries.
