Director of Management Services (DMS) Chiu Wai-yin led a Force delegation to attend the 15th Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Women Police Officers' Tripartite Meeting held in Macao between November 11 and 13 to discuss the theme: "How police public relations can enhance co-ordination in crime prevention and detection."

Director of the Auditing Division of the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department, Ms Lu Shaoqin, and Deputy Director of the Macao Public Security Forces Affairs Bureau, Ms Kok Fong-mei, headed the other two participating delegations.

The tripartite meeting provided a platform for the women police officers to get together and explore how police public relations can achieve the goal of crime prevention via publicity, education and various efforts to fight criminal activities.
