With arrangements made by Police College, a delegation of four Chief Inspectors, nine Senior Inspectors/Inspectors and 16 Junior Police Officers, led by Superintendent Tang Suk-chun from Conditions of Service (Research), Personnel Wing, attended a National Study Programme at the Zhejiang Police College in Zhejiang Province from October 13 to 23.

The delegates attended lectures given by experts and professors from different fields, including historical, cultural, judicial, economic and social as well as the policing developments on the Mainland. They also participated in a forum and shared experiences of police training with instructors of the Zhejiang Police College. Outside classroom, the delegates visited police stations and training facilities.

Assistant Commissioner (Personnel) Lau Chi-wai officiated at a ceremony to mark the conclusion of the study programme on October 22.
