Airport District (APTDIST) held a seminar on overhead compartment theft in flight and terrorism for members of the airport community, including Airport Authority, airlines, ground handling agencies, Business Aviation Centre and hotels, on November 17, attracting over 40 participants.

APTDIST Detective Chief Inspector Ip Chun-wing hoped that through the seminar the airport community would remain more vigilant to theft and terrorism and co-operate more closely with the police to deal with the problems.

A manager of an airways company, who had come all the way from Abu Dhabi, welcomed the seminar. Other participants also spoke highly of the seminar.
