Under the SPC Captains, 330 SPC members have been appointed SPC Captains to act as a link between SPC members and the Force for enhancing two-way communication, and assist in organising SPC activities.
The SPC scheme was established in February 2014 for promoting crime prevention, crime fighting, home security and road safety to the elderly. By January this year, it has more than 5 500 members.
