The "Cover Design of the 2nd Anniversary of the Complaints Prevention e-Newsletter", launched by the Complaints Against Police Office at the end of last year, attracted 15 teams comprising 30 officers to compete for five prizes.

A presentation ceremony was held on June 8, with guests of honour Assistant Commissioner (Service Quality) Cheuk Hau-yip, Chief Superintendent of Complaints and Internal Investigations Branch Cheung Kin-kwong, Independent Police Complaints Council (IPCC) members Ir Prof Vincent Ho, Mr Yip Chun-to, Mr Chin Chi-yung and IPCC observer Ms Au Chor-kwan presenting prizes to the winning teams.

Delivering an opening address at the ceremony, Mr Cheung mentioned that the Complaints Prevention e-Newsletter is published on POINT regularly to share ideas to prevent complaints. Apart from conveying his appreciation to the editorial board of the e-Newsletter, he thanked the IPCC members who often provided valuable opinion for the complaint prevention projects. The production team is preparing to add more informative and interesting videos to give colleagues a pleasant reading experience.
