On October 25, Director of General Grades of the Civil Service Bureau Mr Li Pak-hong presented a promotion letter to Personal Assistant to CP Ms Chan Lai-lai, in the presence of Commissioner Lo Wai-chung. The promotion took effect from July 6.

Meanwhile, Superintendent of the Support and Security Division of the Information Systems Wing Lai Chi-leung presented a letter to Ms Lo Pui-sze on October 13, confirming her promotion to Senior Police Communications Officer.
