Over 50 persons took part in a seminar held by Central District (CDIST) for operators of licensed liquor premises on October 19.

After CDIST Commander Chan Joon-sun gave welcoming remarks, Inspector Yu Shing-fung gave an overview of licensed liquor premises in the district and explained the relevant licensing conditions. Then Inspector of the District Anti-Triad Section Lau Yuk-wa talked about the legislation concerning licensed liquor premises, analysed offences arising from drunkenness and gave crime prevention advice.
