Under the arrangement of the Police College, Senior Superintendent Ho Kai-hin attended an executive training programme in John F Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, the United States (US), in October.

The four-week programme of "Senior Executive Fellows" led 81 government officials from the US and other places to explore a strategic approach and framework for generating solutions for a range of public administration matters through lectures, case studies and thematic visits. The participants also attended group discussions to share their experience in dealing with strategic challenges and organisational issues.

Mr Ho embraced the opportunity to learn from the top professors and gained valuable insights for his career development as well as established a rapport with overseas government officials.
