Over 270 players from 18 teams participated in the preliminaries and finals of the Police Futsal Championship 2017 at the Police Sports and Recreation Club on June 10 and 17.

After a series of exciting indoor matches, Airport District (APTDIST) won Yuen Long District by 2:0 in the final contest of the Gold Cup while the Police Tactical Unit Headquarters (PTU HQ) achieved a victory over Mong Kok District by 3:1 in the final match of the Silver Cup. PTU HQ was also awarded the overall champion of the Inter-district Football Competition.

Chairman of the Police Sports Council Mr Lui Hon-kwok and Chairperson of the Police Football Club Mr Yip Wan-lung presented awards to the winners. Both of them applauded the players' enthusiasm, and encouraged them to continue participating in sports events to stay healthy and forge communication.
