Knowledge Café on 'Have you ever been subjected to a COMPLAINT?'

Some 80 officers attended a Knowledge Café titled "Have you ever been subjected to a COMPLAINT?", which was held at the Police Headquarters on September 4.

Chief Superintendent of the Complaints and Internal Investigations Branch Cheung Kin-kwong shared with the audience his invaluable insights on the investigation and prevention of complaints, in particular the do's and don'ts when facing malicious complaints as well as chaotic situations in public events.

Mr Cheung's sharing inspired the participants and generated discussion. The knowledge they gained would be beneficial to their day-to-day policing work.
