An owner of a watch shop presented pennants and letters of appreciation to Yau Tsim District (YTDIST) Commander Ho Yun-sing, Chief Inspector Ching Chi-yan and officers of District Investigation Team 5 (DIT 5) of YTDIST and Task Force Sub-Unit of Tsim Sha Tsui Division (TFSU TSTDIV) on April 12 for their professionalism and efficiency in detecting a theft case.

The theft occurred on March 29, during which a culprit stole a watch worth $1.17 million from the shop in Tsim Sha Tsui. Upon taking over the case, DIT 5 YTDIST and TFSU TSTDIV conducted thorough investigation and swiftly arrested the culprit on March 30 and recovered the stolen property.
