The "Sea Safety Guarding Angels" from Marine East Division (MEDIV) organised a seminar at Heung To Middle School in Tin Shui Wai on April 3 to increase the sea safety awareness of young people. About 300 students and teaching staff members attended the seminar.

Divisional Commander of MEDIV Wong Wai-yin led a team of "Guarding Angels" to convey sea safety messages to the participants through news reports and photos. They gave a demonstration of their rescue equipment to strengthen the audience's awareness of safety in water sports and activities.
