Kowloon City District (KCDIST) organised a cultural exchange tour to Qingyuan and Dongguan in Guangdong Province for more than 40 members of the Junior Police Call (JPC) from April 19 to 21.

Led by Honorary Adviser Ir Professor Wong Kwok-keung and Honorary President Ms Tsui Li of KCDIST JPC Honorary Presidents Council, the JPC delegation went to Qingyuan Shengxing Chinese and English School to conduct an exchange with local teachers and students. Then they visited a dam in Qingyuan to learn about a water control project. They also toured Yan Garden at Shipai Town in Dongguan and visited some local companies.

The visit offered an opportunity for the JPC members to learn about the technological development and advanced infrastructure on the Mainland. It also enabled the JPC members to conduct exchanges with local people and to gain a better understanding of their lives and culture.
