Crime Wing arranged Chief Inspector Chan Ka-shing to lead 14 frontline crime officers from various Districts to visit Xi’an Public Security Bureau for exchange between January 22 and 25.

The delegation visited an anti-deception centre in Gaoxin for exchanging experience on deception investigation and crime prevention with the local officers. The delegation also visited the law enforcement and case management centre of Chanba Ecological District and a local police station in Xinzhu to learn about the local community policing and how the local officers applied advanced technology in crime prevention and detection.
