The Police College hosted a new round of the Residential Programme on Leadership Enhancement for 19 Administrative Officers (AOs) on December 6 and 7, 2024.

Through engaging in various activities involving personal challenges and team-building, the AOs enhanced their team spirit and leadership capabilities. They also had competitions and dinner with probationary inspectors under training for exchanging experience. Simulation exercises replicating real-life emergencies experienced by law enforcement personnel were added to the programme to deepen the AOs’ understanding on crisis management. Moreover, Deputy Commissioner (Management) Chan Joon-sun shared his personal experience on how a leader addressed complex situations.
