A 41-member delegation from the Singapore National Police Cadet Corps (NPCC) attended camp training at the Junior Police Call (JPC) Permanent Activity Centre and Integrated Youth Training Camp in November 2024 for exchange with JPC members. A party of 42 JPC members were delegated to attend a reciprocal visit to Singapore on a five-day exchange trip. In addition to visiting several Singapore Police Force (SPF) units, the JPC members attended the NPCC Camp Resilience with NPCC cadets to participate in outdoor adventure training and camping experience.

NPCC, which is a teenager uniformed group jointly organised by SPF and the Ministry of Education of Singapore, facilitates young people to establish correct values and develop leadership skills through various training and activities. Public Relations Wing has been working closely with NPCC. Since 2009, annual reciprocal visits are organised for NPCC cadets and JPC members to broadening their horizons.
