To enhance transparency of the Force, Acting District Commander of Wan Chai District (WCHDIST) Lai Hau-kwong invited the Chairman of Wan Chai District Fight Crime Committee (DFCC) Mr Chong Chong-yip, along with the Committee members, to visit WCHDIST on January 15 for tour and exchange.

Firstly, the members toured the Regional Command and Control Centre of Hong Kong Island to understand the difficulties and challenges faced by frontline officers and have more in-depth knowledge about the process in handling emergency cases. Subsequently, they visited the WCHDIST Operations Room, where the officers from Operations Wing and WCHDIST introduced the Video Management System and demonstrated actual implementation of the Territory-wide CCTV Installation Scheme.
