Through its proactive recruitment strategy, including the adjustment to entry requirements to maintain the Force’s competitiveness in the volatile job market, expanding and revamping of the Police Mentorship Programme and the launch of Community Outreach Recruitment Express, the Recruitment Division (RECDIV) under the Personnel Wing won three bronze awards in the Grand Award of Diversity & Inclusion, Gen Z Attraction Award and the Talent Acquisition Award respectively at the HR Excellence Awards 2024/25 presentation ceremony held by the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource (HR) Management.

Senior Superintendent (SSP) of Human Resources Branch Kwok Ka-chun and Acting Superintendent (SP) of RECDIV Chow Tsz-tung received the awards on behalf of the Force at the ceremony on February 28.
