promotion in Tung Chung


DC Lantau Yan Fook-mou meets a Tung Chung resident
About 650 Tung Chung residents and visitors were encouraged to fight crime and enhance road safety in a publicity drive held at Fu Tung Shopping Arcade on August 6.

The joint campaign of New Territories South Traffic and Regional Crime Prevention Office, and Lantau District alerted shoppers to be cautious of street-side swindles, summer-job frauds and road safety.

Officers distributed pamphlets and souvenirs, and ran messages on large LED billboards. Lantau District Commander Yan Fook-mou, and Lantau North Divisional Commander Wu Shu-wing were joined by local community leaders in the event.
