The Deputy Commissioner of the Hong Kong Office of the Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China, Tang Guoqiang, led a delegation of six to call on Commissioner of Police Eddie Hui Ki-on, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Operations) Peter Wong Tsan-kwong, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Management) Tsang Yam-pui, and Director of Operations Dick Lee Ming-kwai on August 20.
