 James Henry Goodman 1915 - 1999 |
James Henry (Benny) Goodman passed away October 24 in the United Kingdom after a short illness.
Born June 7, 1915 he joined the Force in June, 1941. He retired as a Chief Inspector in 1968 and became a long-standing member of the Royal Hong Kong Police Association, serving as its Hong Kong Representative, Committee Member and Treasurer for almost 30 years until his appointment to Vice President in 1994.
He was largely responsible for keeping the Association running in its early years.
