JPOA hits the Big 22

The Junior Police Officers' Association celebrated its 22nd anniversary on October 27 at the Police Sports and Recreation Club.
Speaking at the ceremony, Director of Operations Dick Lee Ming-kwai thanked the body for maintaining effective communication between Force management and staff.
Other guests included the association's Founder - President, Maria Tam Wai-chu.
