A Central building night security guard was presented with a citation and $1,000 reward for thwarting an alleged attempted robbery. While on duty, the security guard put up a fight with an armed man who tried to tie him up. Hong Kong Island Regional Commander Yuen Ying-lam made the presentation last December.
