New Territories South holds Regional Sports Day
The event was held on a warm and sunny day, much to the delight of every participant.
In the heated contest for the Major Unit Trophy, Tsuen Wan District beat Shatin District by just 10 points, whilst Airport District won the Minor Unit trophy without much challenge from other competitors.
During the Presentation Ceremony, NTS Regional Commander, Mrs Bonnie Smith, presented the trophy of "Best Team Spirit" for the first time this year to Tsuen Wan District for their excellent teamwork and co-operation displayed during the whole event.
Mrs Smith also hailed the success of the Sports Day and praised the continuous efforts of the officers in promoting a healthy lifestyle through various sport activities.
