Targeting illegal debt collection activities, Kwai Tsing District (KWTDIST), with the assistance of New Territories South Regional Crime Prevention Office and District Anti-triad Section, held a crime prevention seminar on March 26 for over 80 security staff members of public and private housing estates.

At the seminar, officers analysed the modus operandi and advised the audience on how to prevent illegal debt collection activities. The officers also succeeded in forging communication and partnership with property management companies, which, in turn, would strengthen intelligence gathering and fighting illegal debt collection.
