Speaking as a guest speaker at Psychological Services Group's Balances & Wisdom Seminar on March 21, Dr York Chow, Chairman of the Equal Opportunities Commission, shared with the audience his experiences, wisdom and challenges as a medical doctor, administrator and government official.

He stressed that a doctor and a police officer shared a common key to success - a high degree of professionalism and a great sense of commitment.
