The 2nd National Swimming (Life Saving) Gala hosted by the Vanguard Sports Association of Guangdong got off to a splashing start in Foshan on June. This one-week event attracted 23 teams from across the Mainland and concluded amid loud applauds on June 21.

 

Welcoming the swimmers, Chairman of the National Vanguard Sports Association, Mr Zhao Yungji, praised them for their sportsmanship and encouraged them to pursue a healthy life style with regular exercise.

 

Led by the Chairman of Police Sports Council, Mr Li Kin-fai, seven swimmers from the club competed in the swimming gala, securing the 4th place in Men's 50-meter Butterfly Stroke and Men's 50-meter Mankin Tow.
