Each year during the summer vacation, the Wan Chai District (WCHDIST) Junior Police Call (JPC) Honorary Presidents Council, assisted by WCHDIST Police Community Relations Office, organises visits to cities outside Hong Kong for JPC members. This year, the visit took place in Taiwan from July 24 to 28.

Exploring Taiwan's heritage, education, culture and environment protection, the JPC members toured the largest chocolate factory in Taiwan, a farm 1,700 meters above sea level with a beautiful natural environment and the Mingchi University of Technology. To their surprise, they found no rubbish bins on the streets, which is a sign of the strong sense of environment protection among the inhabitants.
