Kwai Tsing District (KWTDIST) is operating a mobile service counter called "Police Clinic" under its Project COMPAX to collect information and intelligence, and monitor complaints with a service-oriented approach.

Under its Action Plan for 2013, KWTDIST has expanded the scale of the "Police Clinic" project by inviting local stakeholders, including District Councillors, District Fight Crime Committee (DFCC) members, security personnel and elderly volunteers to participate in the project.

In a bid to promote beat crime messages, particularly those on house burglary and telephone and street scams, Tsing Yi Division launched a large-scale "Police Clinic" on July 10 when KWTDIST Commander Lam Yiu-wing joined members of Kwai Tsing District Council, Kwai Tsing DFCC and New Territories South Regional Crime Prevention Office elderly volunteers from "Silver Harrier" Project and students in handing out crime prevention leaflets to the public.
