Hong Kong Police Volleyball Club (HKPVC) has been promoting volleyball and healthy lifestyles to Police members and their families. This summer, HKPVC offered a nine-hour Summer Youth Volleyball Training Course, attracting 16 police children, who, after being trained up by HKPVC coaches, competed in a friendly match to test their skills on August 22.

HKPVC Chairman, Senior Superintendent (SSP) Catherine Kwan Chui-ching watched the friendly match and presented certificates and prizes to the trainees. SSP Kwan congratulated the trainees on completing volleyball training and was pleased that the course offered young people a good opportunity to receive formal volleyball training and enjoy a healthy lifestyle.

The Police Volleyball Team practises every Thursday from 7pm to 10pm at Police Sports and Recreation Club. Those interested in the training may e-mail hkpvc.hkp@gmail.com or contact Sergeant Ling at 9431-9957. For more information, visit HKPVC website at http://point.hpf.gov.hk:8088/bbs/volleyball
