Many youths feel stressful in Hong Kong. Their stress may originate from their parents' expectation, academic performance and peer relationships. Since stress may highly affect one's physical and mental health, people should try to feel more relaxed through participation in sports, enjoying favourite food and having some entertainment.

For me, I will relax myself by doing sports or hiking. By playing basketball games, volleyball games, dancing and swimming, I feel much better after sweating. Sometimes, I will play some board games with my friends and I will find that interactions and communications with friends also helped me relieve unhappiness and regain joyful feelings. Thirdly, I will have some favourite snacks, such as chocolate, candies and cakes, to let myself feel more relaxed. Of course, I will bear in mind that I still need to keep myself fit and healthy while I intend to relieve my stress through eating my favourite food. Furthermore, I would also entertain myself through listening to some soft music, watching television, and singing karaoke with my friends.

Among the various activities I do, I find volleyball games the most effective way to relieve stress as this game helps me relieve stress while also unleashing my energy as well as enhancing the interactions with my peers.
