'Roar! Roar! Roar! I am a Spartan' The Spartan Race Hong Kong was held at Kam Tin Country Club on November 4. Our JPC warriors accepted this challenge with determination to tackle all obstacles.
Spartan Race is a world-class obstacle race which is held all over the world. It is an extraordinary race with hills, mud, barbed wires and a series of challenging obstacles. It definitely pulls you out from your comfort zone.
Our JPC warriors took part in the super elite category, competing with other elite athletes from other countries. We had to finish the 13.5km hilly run with 26 obstacles. It required a high level t of upper body muscle strength and fitness. The experience of trail running is another key in this race. I really enjoyed the race and thought that I am a real Spartan warrior who is executing a mission. Undoubtedly, all of us paid efforts in it and finished the course with good results.
