During the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), all schools have suspended on-campus classes but learning has not been suspended. Therefore, our school provides online courses through using email, Google Classroom and Google Meet.

Although we cannot meet teachers and classmates in person, we can interact by using Google Meet or video conferencing for sharing our works, ideas, and discussing classwork.

Our teachers provide a range of websites for learning, such as Mathematics, Chinese, Science, Art, Geography, Technology etc. There are fun games and videos to make learning at home enjoyable. The teacher assigns homework for us to catch up with the learning progress. We take photos of our work, then upload it to Google Classroom. The teacher will give out comments and grading to our work.

I found it most interesting that many classmates will upload videos to Google Classroom to share their merriments. We commented to each other, just like how we would talk on the campus. I love my class teacher Mr. McGregor who has made some funny, exciting videos for us. I have repeatedly watched those videos over 20 times. Since last month, he has made over 10 new videos. He is awesome! I cannot wait to watch the next fabulous video. I learned some presentation skills from his videos. I also learned to make simple videos through “Trial And Error.” It was terrific and delightful.

I hope all the people can stay away from the virus. I wish everything can resume to normal soon.

Stay home!

Stay positive!

Stay healthy!
