  1. Heat the rose buds in hot water for a while. Set aside to cool, then add honey into the rose water.

  1. Soak the rice paper rounds in water until they are a bit soft. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cut the fruits into small pieces and sprinkle the peppermint leaves on rice paper, then spread out the sliced and halved fruits on it and roll it up.
  3. Serve the fruit rolls with rose honey.
