Badminton is my favourite sport. It helps me to be healthier and keeps me active. It is an excellent sport for working out my entire body.
One of the benefits of playing badminton is to increase metabolic rate. When playing badminton, people sweats and burns calories. It helps increasing blood circulation and therefore resulted in a tremendous improvement in metabolic rate.
Badminton brings me many good memories. This is important to me, as I was taught to play this sport by my father. I have an emotional connection to the game because, for me, there are so many memories attached to it. I have enjoyed playing badminton since my childhood, and it has remained as my most favourite sport. I have represented my school to participate in several inter-school tournaments. The sport has made me grow up and become a better person.
I am trying to learn new techniques for the sport and am always striving to improve my skills. I am always working hard to improve my skills and trying to formulate strategies in order to learn more about the way in which the sport is played, and I hope that I can become a professional badminton player in the future.
